June 21, 2019 – We are so happy the Chocolay Township Senior Center included Trillium House on a recent outing. More than 20 members visited the House to learn more about it and some shared their experience with a loved one living at Trillium House. It is so good to see folks coming to Trillium to get a better understanding of what we do for hospice patients and their families. It’s especially meaningful to us when you see visitors grasp we really are a home and not a facility or institution. This usually happens when we share stories about wheelchair races and Lion-Packer parties. If you’re part of a group that visits places in our community, please include Trillium in your plans. It’s a good place to get to know.
February 1, 2019 – It was shopping day at Trillium House and we were just about to add some much needed items to our list. We quickly eliminated some of the list when the good folks from St. Mary’s Parish in Big Bay brought in a wonderful selection of items that we routinely use. The timing of this gift was perfect. Thanks to everyone that contributed to this donation. So many of these items we use in large quantities so if you happen to think of us when you’re shopping, we’d truly appreciate anything that you think we might use. Check our wish list, tab found on our home page. Once again thanks to our many donors and volunteers!
January 17, 2019 – We owe a huge amount of thanks to our friends at Peninsula Pharmacy who decided to forego their personal gift holiday exchange and chose to let the community vote on their favorite non-profit or charity. The response to the voting was nothing short of amazing. Every organization that was mentioned does amazing things in the community. When votes were counted, Trillium House was honored to be the recipient of the $500.00 donation. Both hospice providers in Marquette work with Peninsula Pharmacy. They are awesome in helping meet the needs of our Residents. We thank everyone that voted and left such wonderful comments about Trillium House. We are so thankful for your generosity.

October 25, 2018 – River Valley Bank recently hosted their annual Customer Appreciation Night and Trillium House was honored to receive one of two awards of $1000.00. Bank customers and guests received a gold coin which they placed in one of four jars representing four great local charities. The results were very close but Trillium was selected to receive one of the gifts. Pictured above are Jackie Martin, Trillium House Board Member and Christian Palomaki, River Valley Bank Marketing Manager. Thank you to everyone!
